Where do I start?

Nothing is more intimidating than the army of acronyms marshaled in your direction every time you try to make sense of the digital world.  From DNS to SMTP to SSL to SaaS and hundreds of other abbreviations, colloquialisms and slang serve to confuse, obscure and waste time.

It's not just time you're wasting, though-- at least if you've tried to conquer your technology problems on your own.  The digital landscape, perhaps like no other, is a prime location for the wasting of money.  A death by a thousand cuts; $8 a month here, $60 a year there and longer commitments because you could save 10% by committing to a year or more.  All these expenses compounded by overlapping capabilities resulting in you paying twice for the same function and probably not using either one.

It's tempting to just sign on to a service from one of the "big name internet marketing companies" who promise a "website in minutes".  Yet, there's no free lunch and there's no one-size-fits all solution.  So where do you start?

Our Process
We start with a simple plan:

  1. Assess: What do you have already-- does it just need to fixed or retooled?
  2. Scrutinize: Do you really need a website at all?  Does it need to be mobile-friendly?  Will you ever sell anything online?  Do your customers all speak the same language?
  3. Recommend: Suggest, rather than dictate.   Provide a simple to follow road map for you and your business.
  4. Implement: Connect the plumbing, define the look and build the right vendor relationships.
  5. Transition: Make sure you understand what you own, why you own it and (most importantly) how to use it.
